Bug description: Partea cu 10% spell power se stacheaza. Nu sunt sigur in ce proportii, dar din ce am auzit, se stackeaza.
Proof: Va e mai usor voua sa testati ca puteti sa va dati spelurile. Eu trebuie sa ma rog de oameni prin durotar sa imi dea buffuri.

Doar still water cu una din ele merge.Se stie de bug si se lucreaza la el(sunt mult mai multe aure care se stacheaza,o parte fiind deja reparate),zilele urmatoare ar trebui sa fie ok toate.
