Bug description: Doesn*t restore 20% of your total health after you kill a target with Chaos Bolt that yields experience or honor.
(I tested just for destro , but i think that its the same thing also for Drain soul or Metamorphosis )
Also i think that this effect must apply when you kill 2 targets that yields experience or honnor
in the same time with Chaos Bolt (Havoc) , that means you can restore 40% of your total health .

Using havoc should duplicate the effect if u get both killing blows , a little extra because of the passive spell Fel Armor warlocks get 22% restored health
