Bug description: Aceste 2 bufe se stackeaza oferind 20% spell power

Ca o mica paranteza, Dalaran Brilliance functioneaza perfect, daca este un buff de 10% spellpower deja in raid acesta ofera doar 5% crit (daca nu exista deja) sau nu ofera niciun bonus daca ai deja astea 2 bonusuri.

Daca puteti face acelasi fix si la Arcane brilliance ar rezolva problema.

Fixed. Also done some more fixes on buffs stackings, some buffs can now be active at the same time bot only one of them will give stats. For example Dark Intent and Power Word: Fortitude will now correctly stack (meaning only one of them will give stamina)
