transmog

I have done some research on transmog but have found few definite answers on the rules. (I'm assuming they're out there and I'm just missing them.) Anywho, can I transmog a dagger into a sword? I would like to know before I buy an expensive item then find out I cant 'mog it.

From what I have found:
- legendary weapons cannot be transmogged;
- 1-Handed Swords, Axes, and Maces can be Transmogged interchangeably;
- All 2-Handed weapons (except Polearms and Staves) can transmogged from one to the other;
- Fist weapons cannot be interchanged with any other weapon type; Same goes for daggers.

Seems to be exactly the same on Freakz too.

If I've missed out on anything, let me know.

What Ventress said was valid on retail for the duration of 5.4.8, same goes for Freakz I guess. Daggers can only be transmoged with another dagger.
