Hello,
I've enjoyed playing on freakz for a long time (like 6-7 years now?) and again the server is at a state where a lot of people are complaining (especially those who're from abroad) that this server's ms is very high at some random moments.
For example today in the morning i logged in to play some bgs on my priest. Everyone from Romania are saying that there is no lag whatsoever and on the other hand a guy from Italy is reporting 2,5k ms. WTF? It took like 20-30 seconds just to load the mobs when i entered a new zone, even tho there werent even that many players online (like 600-700 ish). At that time i had also around ~2k ms.
This lag is getting so frustrating and this has been going on for quite some time now. Your argument is invalid if you say that "your internet is shitty and you should get a better bradband" , "you are so playing abroad, ofc you have lag, Freakz is located in RO" or "it's just some random lag, server was doing updates". Just no. Nobody from Romania never complained about lag. Internet is fine, my normal ms has ALWAYS been around 80-100 ms. Also my PC is not that bad (i7-4930k, 8GB ram, 960Gb SSD, R9 290X) - not here to brag, but its not because of the other reasons mentioned above.
Here's a screenshot of this mornings lag:

I hope that this problem is being dealt with.
Thanks.

Could both of you please make screenshots of your traceroute to wow.freakz.ro and show us? I will notify Shocker meanwhile.
Cheers, Ash.

@Gazal: Start menu -> run -> type "cmd" -> in the command line write "traceroute wow.freakz.ro" without the "". Once you receive the results make screenshots and upload them via imgur.com

Looks ok, max 90ms in one screenshot, 200ms in another (random spike). But nowhere near 1-2-5-10-20 seconds lag

Because the lag wave happened only during that night ( 10-12 PM server time ) , when he made this traceroute lags were already gone.
