Bug description: I just cant learn " Plans: Balanced Trillium Ingot and Its Uses ". I have 600 Blacksmithing. The Plans dropped 7 times, I click on them they disapper from the bag I get thet yellow glow around the char but dont learn them.

It's the same with tailoring and engineering. The recipe dissapears...but you learn nothin'

My bad here. The recipes are from 5.4 not 5.2.
They've been removed from loot as they are useless anyway at the moment as we are not in Phase 3 but 2.
