WoW Freakz spell link: N/A
Bug description: Should last longer. On Freakz, currently they last 30 seconds, ignoring combat state.

Check these 3 moments in the video:
8:44- where he used festering strike so he refreshed the death rune duration
9:26 - where he exits combat
10:21 - where the death runes turn back to normal runes

There are 2 possible situations:
1. Death Runes last ~2 minutes regardless of combat
2. Death Runes last indefinitely in combat, and then they expire about 1 minute after exiting combat.

Number 2 seems a lot more likely, because at 10:21 all death runes expire at the same time, not just the 2 death runes he created earlier with festering.
I know this video is from Cataclysm but nothing has changed regarding death runes since then.

I had a friend record some proof from retail (WoD)
They last indefinitely in combat, and 15 seconds after exiting combat. If you enter combat again before those 15 seconds expire, the runes will be kept as death runes until you exit combat and wait the full 15 seconds.
