Bug description: The trinket was used in conjuncture with the item reset /duel offers, to summon a huge number of minions (puppies); it has been partially fixed by reducing the damage done by these minions.

The minions should disappear after exiting a duel.

Fixed for ~all items, if they have big cooldown it won't be reset
