Bug description: The drop chance of all items on 10 mode are pretty lower than they are supposed to be. The ones from 25 mode, however, are extremely low. Also, some of the items are weird ( having higher drop chances ).

All the drop chances listed above are verified and are exactly as they were on retail.
I didn't posted the Assembly of Iron from 10 MODE because it was taking too much time and their drop rates are pretty decent at the moment.
It took me an entire night to post this ( more precisely, 8+ hours ), so, there's no mistake in the item lists and everything should look clear.
Let's hope that the boss drops from 25 MODE gets fixed first because the drops on 25 are extremely lower compared to 10 mode.

Everything what mental said it's true. I do all the time Ulduar and some boss have no loot and achievement this happened every time:
Algalon the Observer - no loot and no achiev. he spawn one cache true Gift of the Observer's but we can't open this because of combat and when we no longer have combat the cache disappear
On floor The inner Sanctum of Ulduar more exactly on Hodir's room are some worms who keep following u and make u combat all time. And Hodir no loot because of that combat bug..

Could you fix the chests / caches as well? I'm talking about the bosses without loot: EX: Cache of Living Stone, Cache of Winter, Gift of the Observer. Only those 3 are bugged. The caches are clickable but not lootable.

There is no problem with the loot chance, let me explain you why:

We use "group loot system", what that means? Well on 10 man (H/N) there are 2 groups, like number 1 and 2, and items are like this, 5 random items in group 1 and 5 random items in group 2, when you kill the boss you will receive a random item from group 1 and a random item from group 2, and for 25 man we use 4 groups.

Why we use this? Because it's better to have 100% 2 items on 10 man and 4 items in 25n then 0 items, or maybe 1 items, due to the low drop chance.
