Bug description: When you cast Turn Evil on a dk with Lichborne up, you should fear him, but instead of this he's immune to Turn Evil. I've searched through blizz forums and I found that he shouldn't be feared ONLY when you have points in this talent => https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=110301&&name=evil-is-a-point-of-view because if you have this talent, Turn Evil acts like a normal fear and it should me immune on Lichborne's Dk, but if you don't have this talent you should be able to fear the Lichborne.

Although an unimproved Turn Evil does not work on Forsaken players (who are considered Humanoid) it will work on death knights under the effects of  [Lichborne], as well as their ghouls.

So Turn Evil should turn a DK under Lichborne, because TE is not a fear, even if it does fear.

Turn Evil WILL fear a DK in Lichborne.
Turn Evil + Talent WILL NOT fear a DK in Lichborne,.
