Bug description: Chromie does not offer this quest at the start of the dungeon, thus making it impossible to complete it at all. Furthermore, the quest cannot be turned in, even if given by a GM.

Also - Chrono-Lord Epoch cannot be attacked at all.

Random bug that involves old characters. Using chars craeted Cata the quest doesn't pop up. Using chars created on MoP the quest works fine.

As for the Chrono-Lord Epoch cannot be attacked. You need to run the entire instance script.

The character I used for testing is created in MoP. I tried running the entire script (there's no way around it) but I cannot attack Chrono-Lord Epoch.
If you want, I'll make a recording and show you exactly how I run the instance. But trust me, you can't finish it, plus you can't get the achievement.

Fixed quest, Chrono-lord Epoch is not my business sorry. Post it at PVE bugs

Fixes will be live only after a server restart !
