Today 04.05.2016 i checked again mob Maw of Despair (http://www.wowhead.com/npc=59315/maw-of-despair) and he was WAS on platform, reachable...
Did some1 repaired or it was just bug, glitch...

I've just checked it right now and it's fine, so it was a random bug.
