Bug description: The 4 piece bonus should proc https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=145249 when using abilities against a target with https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=79140. Each time an offensive ability is used on the target with https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=79140 there should be 1 stack of https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=145249 generated.

There currently is NO proc generated, as we can see in the following video. Furthermore, the https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=145249 buff works as intended. All that is missing is for it to proc.
