Bug description: proc from t16 2p is to low....proc must be 2/6% at my damage.now this proc is 0,1% maxim 0,2%

Well if you read it carefully it says

Meaning if you are in Lunar every starsurge/moonfire/starfire will shoot a Lunar Bolt and viceversa in Solar.

yeah i read...but 01% is to low and with biss gear most the time i stay in eclipse.100 mil damage and just 300k

It says nowhere that there should be a chance, my guess is that it should be 100%, don't know about hurricane and astral storm though

Well i did a SimCraft only starsurge when there is Lunar active or no eclipse and Wrath when there is only Solar and here is what i got: http://imgur.com/aKlpG3U

Now if we divide 31.5/21.1 there is 1.49 meaning 49% chance to trigger Solar Bolt

If you reverse wrath with starfire and the conditions here is what i got : http://imgur.com/8jA2TTg

If we divide 30.9/20.2 we get 1.529 ~53%, the best thing to do is to put it at a 50% chance to trigger it.

hanks for this seyrox......but sunfire starsurge and wrath is solar spells and vceversa moonfire starfire starsurge

I did something else.. I just said in the first test i casted WRATH only in SOLAR ECLIPSE in rest i casted only starsurge and i got 49% chance to proc, and when i did test for sunfire casted only IN LUNAR ECLIPSE i got 53%. No moonfire/sunfire etc.

need a gm to test this......in worloflogs i see numbers like 80k max!!!! http://www.worldoflogs.com/reports/f9rkur3jrbghxf2o/details/8/?s=483&&e=823 look to this logs and search every boss and see

It should scale with mastery, that's obvious.

The problem is that now the 2p t16 bonus only procs ONCE per eclipse and doesnt proc while in Celestial Alignment.
Item - Druid T16 Balance 2P Bonus
For disambiguation, the part with "will shoot a single Lunar Bolt at the target" is to avoid the misconception that it should proc from dot ticks or Starfall type dmg. It should proc only once per spell cast (as it correctly does now) for EVERY SPELL of that type (nature/arcane) that is cast in those eclipses. So if i`m in the solar eclipse and i spam Sunfire it should deal dmg each time i cast the spell.
