Bug description: Frost strike DMG nu este physical damage deci nu trebuie redus de armura, doar physical damage este redus de armura.Frost strike DMG este bazat pe Wapon DMG dar scrie clar pe spel Deal Weapon Dmg as Frost DMG.(Pe scurt tot ce este physical damage trebuie redus de armura iar tot ce este Frost DMG & Shadow DMG nu trebuie redus de armura)

Actually, armor pen had nothing to do with why scourge strike was changed.

Atheistgods is right. And frost DKs still have Frost Strike which by passes armor and goes through Hand of Protection.

Nici asta nu e redus de armura. Nu ai pus proofs cu damage le armura si le targret fara armura.

Damage versus a Primal Direhorn Hatchling, which has 1 Armor:

Damage versus PvE Training Dummy, which has 25000 Armor:

It's the same. I couldn't get exact values from the first test because of weapon damage oscillation.
