Battleground Ally vs Horde

I need a information, I am a Blood Elf Paladin Lv 45 and a want to know if the battleground works in this server because i entered in queue stay for like 3 hours and nothing happens... I need to be lv 90 to go to battle? Can I kill an ally??

Hello,
yes, most battlegrounds work perfectly, with the exception of few. Not many people queued at your level(if any) that is why battleground didnt start. Cross-faction/mercenary mode is enabled, so at max level, battlegrounds start aprox. every 3-4 minuts.

Another question, I went to stormwind and when I saw a ally my cursor didnt change to attack him, my pvp was activated... Is it possible to kill each other on this server?

Yes, your pvp was activated but his was not. If he activates his pvp, then you can attack him.
