[FIXED] [Druid][feral] Omen of clarity vs Stampede (pvp 4p-bonus)

This is the recent fix. NOW, there's a new problem. When Omen of Clarity(clearcasting) and Stampede are active at the same time and i cast ravage things should work like this:

1) I cast ravage and the Stampede buff disappears
2) The Omen of Clarity (clearcasting) buff remains active and can be consumed by a spell that i will cast AFTER that ravage.

How it works now:

1) I cast ravage and the Clearcasting is consumed
2) I can cast ravage again (the Stampede buff is still active)
=> i get 1 free ravage

So, the Clearcasting buff should be consumed AFTER the Stampede buff is consumed. In this way you don't get a 2nd ravage for free.

About what i said or about what bossutai said? cuz i will recommend to spend some time fixing the ClearCastingProc bug which i get confirmed,if you fix it this one which bossutai talk about its useless..

At the moment when both Clearcasting and Stampede are up, the Clearcasting is consumed first, resulting in two free Ravages instead of one. Stampede should have highest priority for consumption.
