Bug description: Using the provided quest item (Poison Extraction Totem) is useless, as the quest counts only if you kill Clattering Scorpid.

Basically you go and let Clattering Scorpid attack you until they cast Envenom, which is when you need to use the Poison Extraction Totem and only then you should have the quest mark your progress.
