WoW Freakz spell link: Chains of Ice
Bug description: If a rogue used Cloak of Shadows, then he should be immune 5 seconds against magic, but I still can apply Frost Fever with Chains of Ice.

i think chains of ice has the same criteria as howling blast if the ability misses than the desease shouldnt be applied.
