Could you please stop posting without proof? Also care to explain how this works? It should add value to the Stagger or what?

Yes, the damage should be added to the staggered damage DoT.

It's pretty funny that i can find information about anything in about 5 minutes, but some of the ''confirmed bugs'' section Game Masters can't. So far, you know that i'm not here to post bull*hits since 98% of my reports were always ok compared to others. ( People that are posting various invalid quotes from older patches that got changed already. And guess what, some of you are fooled by them and you are confirming their bugs, good job. )

Doesn't seem to add (if you already have Stagger) or create one (if you don't have Stagger).
