Bug description: Recuperate does not benefit from PvP Power Healing Bonus. I think it's a general bug for multiple Classes.

Proof Freakz: 500k+HP With and W/O PvP Gear.

PvE Gear: 502k HP, 25.125 Recuperate heal.

PvP Gear: 506k HP, 24% Bonus Healing. 25.347 Recuperate heal.

49:35 Recuperate heals more and benefits from PvP Power Healing Bonus. 557 HP. 34.147 Recuperate heal.

tested in gurubashi arena pvp healing for rogue is working fine

359400 * 0.05 = 17970 without pvp power

359400 * 0.05 = 17970 * 1.0612 = 19069,764 with pvp healing
