Bug description: Sometimes it resets but it's not instant cast.

33 sec, I used lava burst and it got reseted by lava surge but I had to cast it, when it is suppose to reset and become instant cast.

Watched your video: 0:32 you are casting a Lighting Bolt, then got a Lava Surge proc while casting it, got off your instant Lava Burst then you did not get a second Lava Surge but you could cast it even if it was supposed to be on cooldown. My guess is that it was just a simple bug, and it affected you positively not negatively. @Daeron reject

You are wrong... When Lava Burst go on cooldown it doesnt mean you have hit target already, because there is time between Lava Burst goes from shaman to target, but the cooldown just start after you click button. It's yes simple bugg but it affect us negatively not positively.

Edit: BTW there is diff CGD from haste shaman with 50% haste breakpoint which means I can spell more often than people who don't have this breakpoint.

At second 33 you casted lightning bolt, instant lava burst, then you hard casted another lava burst. No bug here, rejected.
