Bug: Secrets of the empire drop rates are several times lower then they should be. Farming them for Secrets of the First Empire (legendary quest) should not go for more than 5 weeks if we kill all bosses that has Secrets of the Empire drop chance. In my shaman in 5 weeks I won only 2 per week(10 total) which are 100% drop chance - Lei shen and Sha of Pride. Cleared tot/soo normal every week for 5 weeks already. I also have tried Flex but it just dont drop after I clear on normal.

Question: Does Secret of the Empire has same dropp chance for LFR, normal and heroic for tot/soo? I'm doing anything wrong or is this drop rate just broken?

They have the same chance regardless of instance difficulty, also if you did Lei Shen LFR and then normal you get 1 Secret of The Empire, because the loot is per boss, not difficulty, same as roll. If you coin at normal you cannot coin at hc, at the same boss.

I had 10 after reset now I have 12 secret after I full clear tot and soo.

Edit: I forget to tell but you understand I got those 12 secrets in 6 weeks. Had 10 in 5 weeks now 12 in 6 weeks.

Their loot chance seems to be kinda low, don't know what to say about that, maybe it is intended ? I know I did this quest in like 2-3 weeks on Blizz.

This is what I'm trying to say... The drop chance is way lower than it should be. Well if is intended or not I will know after this get closed.

Shockeru explained why drop rate is lower in other topic. On Blizz when was MoP live if u did one difficulty u have lock on other difficulties so it why drop chance was higher, but on Freakz if u do one difficulty u can do another. So u have 4x more chances to drop Secrets.

^ That's only valid for sigils, secrets are personal loot and they do have lockout. You can't get secret from each difficulty. You can only get secret once per boss.

Dude sorry but in this server if you do LFR it wont drop in normal and heroic. Just check ur self and kill Lei Shen and Sha of Pride in different difficult, and tell me results. Please do not reply randomly, search before you do so.

And what i said? I means if don't drop from ex. Primordius on 10n u still have chance to drop that from LFR/10HC/20N/25HC. So @Fishumble I don't reply randomly because I actually collect secrets and 3 mates from my guild did it already.

You are explaining how sigils dropp rate works not how secret of the empire works... you still wrong. Read entire post.

The drop rate is indeed lower then it was on retail.
Currently it will stay that way since it is intended to be that way, however if there are any changes about I will make sure to make a post.
