exactly 520 ilvl so u can actually be called decent dps as arcane but also u need to know how to play arcane obv

1.First of all try to reach 14242 haste cap.
2.Do NOT socket 160 Intellect.
3.Try to keep your mana above 80%.
4.Use Hydra or Black Blood LFR version,not Cha-Ye.
