Bug description: In Freakz you can use it every 30 secounds no matter if you are in combat are not. I see many people abusing using this as replacement of any kind of regen on gear making fight really easier to heal, because less spirit more other stats that increase healing.
How is it suppose to work: This should share a cooldown with items such as mana potion, with 1 min cooldown out of combat and in combat it shall have same function as mana potion, making this item only usable 1 time in fights.
Proof: Comment from wowhead: "These unfortunately share a cooldown with mana pots, and so are essentially a replacement of them, rather than an addition. You can only use it once per fight - the cooldown does not reset in combat"

How this is priority bugg fix roflmao... So sad you think this have no impact in game. Whatever I can't fight you I join you omw leveling herbalism on my chars.
