Bug description: Totems do not scale with haste and/or haste %, no matter how much of either of those you have you'll still end up in the same amount of Searing Bolts/Autoattacks

A noteworthy thing to remember is that Empower and Reinforce also increases the Healing of your totems. So if you need some good burst healing, throw down an Elemental and Healing Tide Totem (don't forget to activate the boost). Also as a side note, remember that Haste affects Totems as well.

Totems also do not benefit from hit.

On my enhancer shaman with 3% melee hit and 14% spell hit my totems miss sometimes in PvP, while even 6% spell hit should be enough for them not to miss.

I confim the haste issue, at +100% haste i can currently reach with buffs/procs, there is 0 change in how the fire totems act

Fixed for magma and searing totems. Fire elemental was already scaling with haste
