Can you disable those ugly masks of the opposite faction in battlegrounds?

Hi i appreciate mixed factions in battleground but i really don't understand the reason of those masks , they're so horrible in my opinion and they don't help me to understand who is the enemy so they're useless to me and also anti-aesthetic . Can you remove these or atleast give to us the possibility to disable them?

This topic was already discussed few months ago. This is how crossfaction worked on Blizzard and we strive to stick as close to Blizzlike as possible. They work as intended and there is no particular reason to remove them.

It's just really annoying when you join a BG and you wear a mask that covers 2/3 of your character.If blizzard added cross-factions at 6.2.1 then why bother making it like we are on WoD expansion.No one likes these masks anyway,they won't be missed

Yea man for real I thought you added these masks... I'm not really into BGs anyways and haven't watched almost any BG videos,but however i don't see any point of adding these masks.If the reason for them to be implemented here is "because we're blizzlike" then add more WoD features like garrisons or chests on each win in arenas...add Wod mounts & more,totally useless feature tho.

I like how they say "we are trying to be blizzlike" and then there are portals all over the place, instant flying paths, Arena spectate npc, Horde players using alliance PvP mounts and vice versa. I mean don't get me wrong, some of these things are cool and you added them because they are helpfull/cool but if majority is asking for those shitty ugly masks to be removed there is no reason to keep them just because you are trying to be blizzlike.

Ye that's exactly what i meant...It's cool to have these custom things that help people,but things should be added by the server community.And i'm not talking about things like "everyone start with gold cap" or "increase honor & conquest rates to 3x" ,i'm talking about things that are normal and would make players enjoy the server.

However,i doubt anyone on the server wants this "amaaaaazing" feature with these masks....What i've seen everytime i joined a battleground is that people are throwing pumpkin heads on themselves to get rid of the masks by removing the pumpkins.

Yet i still don't understand what's the logic in adding 6.2 things on a MoP server.If you thought like "well,we have cross-faction,blizzard added cross-faction in WoD,so we both have it,so let's follow their additions to this feature and be *blizzlike* " .Don't get me wrong i'm just trying to make things clear for you i've always respected when you responded to player's opinion and choices/suggestions

But for me , an alliance, i think the masks are really cool..It just reminds me how horribly un-tolerably ugly those orc faces are...Thank god my cross-faction bgs end asap...and at the end of the day, my hatred for hordes is undiminished, thx to those masks
