Bug description: when you use Focused Rage ability you gain 1 stack of this buff, but when you use any other ability (not mortal strike), this buff goes away, without even getting buffed (not that it should, only mortal strike should be buffed). It actually removes all your buffs from you, when you have it up and you use any ability. I used focused rage, i stacked it up to 2 stacks, then used hamstring and the Focused Range disappeared, along with my overpower proc, and probably any other proc or buff that you have.
