Bug description: When you use Blackout Strike, and recieve the Blackout Combo buff, and then drinking your Ironskin Brew, your stagger wont pause for the full 3 seconds.

It does pause it, you might've misunderstood. Duration keeps ticking, damage keeps decreasing in tooltip, but you actually don't take ANY damage from Stagger during those 3 seconds. It's like on retail -
