Bug description: The spell either heals people way more than 40 yards away,or just doesn't heal at all.

It's just simply healing the nearest 4 injured allies. meaning full HP targets are excluded. do you consider a priority to fix this?

Very high priority no,but it should still heal if used,just like wild growth.
