[FIXED] [Mage][Frost] Ice Lance/Frost Nova

Bug description: Apparently there's a weird interaction between Ice Lance and Frost Nova. Frost Nova's frozen debuff doesn't interact with Ice Lance (triple damage when targets are frozen) or Shatter (50% bonus crit when targets are frozen), which makes me think that the "Frozen" debuff from the frost nova isn't working as it should.

This problem is also proven by the Thermal Void bug, which I recorded in another post. Feel free to PM me for further explanations.
