At us i like this :

First ,When you take the quest from 3 criterias is only 1


Second , you have only the kill credit , and after you kill the NPC you have the quest like this


The discover criteria is when you find the cave.

Third : when you accept the quest , you recive a "Extra Button" Ysera's Wrath (wowhead link) - deal massive aoe damage and slay packs of mobs.
