Bug description: If you use Shield of the Righteous you will get like Ex 29% from my video, and after that if you put Consacration and reapply SoR the effect should get that 20% increase if it's applied during the duration of the first SoR, for the moment if you use SoR and then consacration it won't give you any increase, only if you use consacration first then SoR.
