Bug description: This talent does not work entirely correctly. You gain 3% haste for each enemy within 15 yards, up to 5 enemies. The problem is that the buff remains on you, after you kill the enemies. For example, if I kill 5 enemies, I will gain a permanent 15% haste buff. The buff should fade while not in the presence of the enemies.
Proof: http://imgur.com/a/tQHRX - no enemies in sight (not in 15yards range, anyway) but i have the buff from the enemies i've killed.
