Bug description: When you sacrifice Sevis Brightflame he should die, but here he stay alive after you sacrifice him. Also, the stone you click to summon the Shivarra forces just dissappear instead of making the correct animation (showed in the retail video too)

Wait, how is it intended that you sacrifice him and he stays alive? It'd be intended if you sacrificed yourself so he could stay alive.
