[FIXED] Festering Eye npc Fear spam

Bug description: In the middle at the bonus objective there are some mobs that fear you.1st: while in fear you can fall under map; 2nd: these mobs keeps fearing you non stop, you can't get out and no dr.Sorry for the lack of informations but i wasn't prepared for it and i can't remember mobs name

I fixed the fear spam. Regarding the falling under map that's an old issue, I will close this topic for now
