Can COnfirm. Quest worked all well and took me flying. Server lag can be a reason since at some point i flew through the map, at the end when i was supose to dismount and fall i just kept going up and down for about a min or so, and then fall to my death. Quest Appeared completed but grey ? at the npc and couldnt complete the quest.
Tried abandoning the quest and now i am phased so stellagosa isnt on the porch to give me the quest and fly me there.
