Bug description: Now, I know this is a phased area, but some of the friendly npcs get attacked by the ogres from the pre-conquest phase. This is kind of annoying when trying to talk with vendors (mostly), and with quest npcs (less so). Amusingly, the pre-conquest phase still makes the ogres fight the Frostwolf npcs that have moved in in the next phase. X)
Proof: Try going there after completing Last Steps and its following quest.

It's a minor bug, yes. But it's still annoying. ^^'
