Bug description: It doesn't heal you for the full amount of damage taken.
Proof: Easy to test.

Problem is with all the "Easy to test" proofs that I actually have to go and test them. that is your role, that's why we're keeping this PTR so you can test the spells, and report them WITH PROOF. I'm sorry that I snapped, but I'm losing my patience not a single combat log is provided or anything.

As you can see , I took 497.530 damage while I had Temporal Shield up, but it healed only for 194.115.

Sorry for the "easy to test" posts, gonna try harder next time. Thanks for fast fixes.

Lol, it took me this much to actually realize that it was Battle Fatigue that ruined the heal. please retest it after the next restart
