What? it's working as intended:

You gain (50 * damageTaken) / MaxHealth rage on each damage (meaning if damage is that low, it won't help... you can see when I take a big chunk of damage, I get a lot of Rage)

Nevertheless, made some modifications (it ignored rage gain between 0 and 1, now you can get 0.1 rage as well - should help in overall)
