Bug description: Ok, so this bugs happens only in arenas, it doesn't happen in duels. It also doesn't seem to happen all the time, so.... i really don't know how it works.

Basically, Tinder permanently reduces your Fireball cast by half, regardless if you have casted Fireball or not.

I even included a timer so you can see that 8 seconds have not passed between 1st and 3rd screenshot.
