[FIXED] [Demon Hunter] [Havoc] Eye Beam + Demonic wrong buff time

Bug description: Demonic should give you 8 seconds of demon form AFTER it finishes dealing damage, just like specified in the tooltip, instead the duration of the buff starts right at the start of the channel and so you lose about 2 to 4 seconds of the buff unless you cancel your eye beam

skip to 10:56, thats when he uses eyebeam and by looking at his buffs you can see that he gets 10 seconds on the buff that go down to 8 AS SOON AS he finishes the cast of eye beam [/url]

But as you can see Metamorphosis applies AS SOON as he starts casting. meaning I should check you max cast time (tier 1 talents extends it), and dynamically change timer? what happens if you already have metamorphosis up?

Okay, so far what I got:
1. Casting without having Metamorphosis: Applies buff for 10 seconds, so when you're done channeling you still end up with 8 seconds (what happens with Blind Fury???)
2. Casting while Metamorphosis is active: Adds 8 seconds to the duration

Thats what happens with blind fury, you have 4 seconds of metamorphosis which means that pairing blind fury with demonic is virtually useless http://imgur.com/a/qAVpL

Okay, got confirmed: If you don't have metamorphosis on: adds 10 seconds (regardless of Blind Fury); with metamorph: extends duration by 8 seconds

Blind Fury increases duration by 50%, making it 3 seconds, 8-3 is usually 5... nevertheless, fixing it. now you'll get 10 seconds of metamorph when starting to cast, that way you'll end up with 8 sec after it finishes (7 with Blind Fury)
