Bug description: the amount of time it takes to trigger overload (for Icefury, Lava Burst and Elemental Blast) is too long, after the fix you made for Lightning Bolt and Chain Lightning

Hm, you're right - I increased the delay generally. reverted Icefury, Lava Burst and Eleblast to their original, kept LB and CL on delay -
