Bug description: No problem with the quest itself, the problem is with Ga'nar not being spawned near the Savage Crag so you can turn in the quest. (and get the next part)
Proof: Check your link. Ga'nar isn't spawned at his new location.

I didin't finish everything @ quest yesterday, that's why npc wasn't spawned.
