Fixed it, but be warned: it will still show 5 minutes cooldown on the spell, BUT when you use it, cooldown will start from 4 minutes instead of 5. sort of a visual bug, but again, it does not affect gameplay at all :)

Wait a minute. It was working correctly on the ptr.... reverting my fix, will need to investigate
