Bug description: It never procs. I have tested this with against alot of melee players

First two are without the talent, and last 2 are with talent, only 2 absorbs, from a lot of melle damage/auto, maybe the chance is a bit lower, don't know for sure.

I see, well i suppose its working-ish then, even tho i agree the change is kinda lower.

Updated reduction pct (was 20% instead of 50%). other than that, the spell works
