Bug description: I have both Faerie Swarm and Cyclone active at the same time on the target and usable from the action bar. Also i believe that Faerie Swarm doesn't apply slow.
PS: They also work both in the arena

I had the same problem and somebody on forum sayd on my post , fixed . I think is or from lag or very random bug

No, it was a really strange bug. I've been looking for it for two days. It has been responsible for many of the bugreports >< finally found the cause, pushing the fix soon, all should be good after the next restart
