Bug description: There is a buff that increases fof dmg for each rising kick or blackout kick(can't find in spells section) the problem is it stacks from tiger palm and rising tiger kick, it doesnt increase it's count from blackout kick.Also if the target dies and you use some ability that generates a stack it won't count.
#2 bug with fof is that if your primary target dies the visual will disappear but the dmg is still there

You gain stacks from Tiger palm and Rising Kick Sun, and you should get only from RKS and Blackout, but Blackout at the moment doesn't give you any stack.
