[FIXED] [Monk][Windwalker] Spinning crane kick (Mark of the crane buff)

Bug description: Currently the buff applied by spinning crane kick that increases its damage by 50% for each unique target i've struck in the last 15 seconds disappears when the mob I had hit with tiger palm/blackout kick/rising sun kick dies. Im not 100%, but I think in retail the buff is not tied to the mob hit, and should work for 15 seconds after it is applied with the aforementioned abilites even if the mob dies.

Proof: Hard to prove, mobs die very quickly at my level anyway 1-2 hit to kill
