[FIXED] [Paladin][Retribution]Divine storm

Bug description: este ceva foarte stricat la paladinul retry , Divine storm da extrem de mult , puna foarte multa presiune pe toti din jur fara sa mute targetul , in arena din poza eu doar mergeam pe langa el si nu ma ridicam de 900 k HP cat timp healarul meu folosea toate cd-urile . Paladinul pur si simplu nu l-am vazut o singura data cu target-ul pe mine , muream doar din divine storm , stiu ca a mai fost postat ceva despre divine storm forum.wow-freakz.com/FIXED-Paladin-Retribution-Echo-of-the-Highlord-t463430.html , dar nu cred ca este reparat 100 % , sau nu este singura cauza .

I closed that post 9 hours ago, server is up since 11hrs. so I don't see how could it be applied also, countless times, english

Still, Divine Tempest causes you to take damage twice, will fix it.

Ok , better let this open for other things on paladin , i cant test the paladin right because i dont have 110 i can just see in arena , we wait for instant 110 to test all things

Dude, I just explained that there is no way it could have been applied, since the server is up for 12 hours, and the fix was applied 10 hours...

Fixed interaction with Divine Tempest as well (now either the projected Divine Storm hits you, or the original, but not both)
